Roedden ni&#8217;n gwerthu ein cynnyrch yn uniongyrchol, felly mae gen i brofiad helaeth o redeg busnesau bocsys llysiau, gwerthu mewn marchnadoedd ffermwyr, cyflenwi i gyfanwerthwyr a masnach, a gweithio gyda chogyddion.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Rwyf wastad wedi bod yn frwd dros arloesi garddwriaethol a thyfu mathau newydd a diddorol o gynnyrch. Yn anochel, mae hynny\u2019n arwain at fwyd rhagorol! <\/p>\n\n<p>Mae hyn wedi llunio ein gweledigaeth ar gyfer yr hyn rydym yn bwriadu ei gyflawni gyda Gardd Salad Caerdydd.<\/p>\n\n<p>Byddwn yn parhau i dyfu a chyflenwi salad cymysg, ond byddwn hefyd yn arallgyfeirio i gnydau gwinwydden fel tomatos a chiwcymbrau ac ambell beth arall a fydd yn ffynnu yn y tai gwydr. Rydym yn edrych ymlaen at ddechrau arbrofi a gweld beth fyddwn ni&#8217;n gallu ei dyfu, a chael ychydig o gynnyrch newydd ar fwydlenni ledled y ddinas gobeithio. <\/p>\n\n<p>Rydym yn awyddus i weithio gyda chogyddion i gynyddu dealltwriaeth pawb o gadwyni bwyd lleol, cynaliadwyedd, a bwyd yn ei dymor. Rydym yn gobeithio dysgu oddi wrthynt, ac rydym yn credu y gallan nhw ddysgu llawer gennym ninnau hefyd. Mae ein cynnig yn unigryw: gallwn ddarparu cynnyrch salad a llysiau organig i gogyddion sydd wedi&#8217;u tyfu yng nghanol y ddinas &#8211; allwch chi ddim cael taith bwyd llawer byrrach na hynny!  <\/p>\n\n<p>Rwy&#8217;n rhedeg yr Ardd Salad ar y cyd \u00e2 Frances Elisabeth, y mae llawer o bobl efallai&#8217;n ei hadnabod o Lufkin Coffee. Rydym wedi gweithio gyda&#8217;n gilydd dros y flwyddyn ddiwethaf ar wahanol brosiectau ac mae gan y ddau ohonom hanes o werthu ym Marchnadoedd Ffermwyr Caerdydd. Mae Frances yn dod \u00e2&#8217;i holl gysylltiadau o fyd bwyd Caerdydd i&#8217;n helpu i adeiladu busnes cynaliadwy a rheoli ochr menter gymdeithasol ein gwaith.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Mae&#8217;n bwysig iawn i mi ein bod yn parhau i weithio gyda sefydliadau tyfu cymunedol a bod yr Ardd Salad yn gweithredu fel lleoliad bach i bobl gynnal gweithdai, digwyddiadau rhannu hadau, a gweithgareddau tebyg. <\/p>\n\n<p>Hoffwn hefyd wahodd arbenigwyr i roi sgyrsiau a gweithdai ar dechnegau tyfu a dulliau arloesol newydd.
