Rydyn ni wrth ein boddau yng nghanol Caerdydd, yn chwifio&#8217;r faner dros fusnesau annibynnol a rhoi dewis i bobl sy&#8217;n ymweld i fynd rywle nad yw\u2019n un o\u2019r cadwyni arferol.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cYn y ddau fusnes, mae sicrhau cynnyrch lleol yn bwysig iawn i ni; ry&#8217;n ni&#8217;n gwybod bod cynnyrch gwych gennym ni yma yn ne Cymru ond weithiau dydy&#8217;r cysylltiadau dosbarthu ddim yna. Roedden ni&#8217;n gwybod ein bod ni eisiau gwneud busnes mewn ffordd sy&#8217;n cefnogi cynhyrchwyr lleol, ac yn adeiladu&#8217;r cysylltiadau hynny, oherwydd ei fod yn beth braf i&#8217;w wneud &#8211; ac mae&#8217;n golygu mwy o ffresni ac ansawdd &#8211; ond mae&#8217;n bwysig yn economaidd hefyd; mae&#8217;n golygu bod y manteision ariannol yn aros yma yn Ne Cymru <\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cGyda <strong>Chaffi Wyndham<\/strong>, ein nod yw cynnig rhywbeth hygyrch at ddant pawb &#8211; ond wedi\u2019i brisio&#8217;n deg, gan ddefnyddio cynhwysion lleol wedi&#8217;u gwneud yn dda. Mae hyn yn golygu bod bwydlen o frecwast wedi&#8217;u ffrio, roliau brecwast a&#8217;r holl glasuron mae pobl yn gyfarwydd \u00e2 nhw &#8211; ond gyda&#8217;n holl gynhwysion ffres sy&#8217;n dod o Farchnad Ganolog Caerdydd (bara, llysiau a chig). Mae&#8217;r cyflenwyr naill ai&#8217;n eu gollwng draw atom ni, neu mae&#8217;r staff yn gallu mynd lawr y ffordd i bigo rhywbeth, ac rydyn ni wrth ein boddau gyda hynny.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cYn <strong>Waterloo Tea<\/strong>, rydym yn cynnig bwydlen brecinio drwy&#8217;r dydd o brydau mwy modern (fel wyau wedi&#8217;u potsio ac afocado, neu fadarch gwyllt ar dost gydag aioli) ynghyd ag ystod helaeth o de yr ydym yn ei sicrhau ni ein hunain. Er nad ydym yn defnyddio&#8217;r farchnad i gyflenwi Waterloo Tea, rydym yn cael ein bara gan bobydd organig lleol <strong>Alex Gooch<\/strong>, ein cynnyrch llaeth a&#8217;n nwyddau sych o <strong>Castell Howell<\/strong>, a&#8217;n llysiau o <strong>Ffrwythau a Llysiau Windsor<\/strong> ym Mhenarth. <\/p>\n\n<p>\u201c<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/foodcardiff.com\/cy\/action\/prynun-lleol-a-chwtogi-eich-cadwyni-cyflenwi\/\">Sicrhau cynnyrch lleol<\/a><\/strong> fel hyn yw\u2019r sylfaen i pam rydyn ni yma. Mae&#8217;n gwneud i ni fwynhau gwneud busnes, mae&#8217;n gwneud i ni deimlo fel petawn ni&#8217;n rhan o rywbeth mwy, ac rydyn ni&#8217;n gwybod bod pob punt sy&#8217;n cael ei wario gyda ni yn cael effaith leol. Rydym am ddangos bod popeth yn bosibl. Mae meithrin cysylltiadau masnach yn lleol yn ne Cymru hefyd yn teimlo&#8217;n bwysig iawn er diogelwch bwyd a chynaliadwyedd yn y dyfodol.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cI ni, nid yw &#8216;cynaliadwyedd&#8217; yn ymwneud \u00e2&#8217;r bwyd rydyn ni&#8217;n ei roi ar ein platiau yn unig, mae&#8217;n sicrhau ein bod yn gofalu am ein staff hefyd. Yn hanesyddol rydyn ni wastad wedi talu mwy na&#8217;r isafswm cyflog ond tua adeg Covid, fe benderfynon ni ein bod ni eisiau ffurfioli hyn a&#8217;i wneud yn rhan swyddogol o&#8217;r ffordd rydyn ni&#8217;n gweithio. Fel diwydiant, mae llawer o bobl yn maes lletygarwch ar gyflogau isel, ac yn aml nid yw hyn yn ddigon i dalu am gostau byw. \u201cFel cyflogwr, rhaid i chi wneud rhywbeth am hynny &#8211; y staff yw&#8217;r rhan bwysicaf o&#8217;r busnes. Rydym wedi bod yn gyflogwr <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/foodcardiff.com\/cy\/action\/dod-yn-gyflogwr-cyflog-byw\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cyflog Byw Ardystiedig<\/a><\/strong> ers rhyw ddwy flynedd bellach.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p>Mae Kas hefyd yn aelod gwirfoddol o <a href=\"https:\/\/foodcardiff.com\/cy\/pledge\/byddaf-yn-helpu-mudiad-bwyd-da-caerdydd-i-dyfu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fwrdd strategaeth Bwyd Caerdydd<\/a>, sy&#8217;n canolbwyntio ar gyfeiriad strategol y bartneriaeth, gan gynnig arweiniad ar sut i ddatblygu ei lwyddiant ymhellach.<\/p>\n\n<p>Dywedodd, &#8220;Ymunais \u00e2 <strong>Bwrdd Strategaeth Bwyd Caerdydd<\/strong> dros flwyddyn yn \u00f4l bellach;
