Join in with the Edible Cardiff Spring Festival today!

The Edible Cardiff Spring Festival is currently running across the city of Cardiff and we are encouraging and helping community growing groups to hold events and celebrate all things green and growing!

We have been busy working with our network members to get more events planned for our Festival and our calendar is filling up nicely! Head over to our website to see events from Global Gardens, who have teamed up with Action Movement Peace to deliver a theatrical experience which journeys to the future. Inviting the audience to participate and rediscover the wonder of natural food and creativity… Join Green Squirrel for a friendly virtual grow-along and become part of a community of back garden growers across Cardiff and beyond. South Riverside Community Development Centre have plenty of growing events planned, including a ‘Railing Baskets’ workshop and Plasnewydd Community Garden are offering a veg plant giveaway at their garden.

All of these events will adhere to strict social distancing rules and will be following Welsh Government guidance on COVID-19.

If you are interested in any of the events, or if you are part of a community group or organisation and want to get involved, register your interest in the Festival and get in touch with any questions. Don’t forget to book your places on the events, spaces are filling up quickly! Visit our website for more information: https://www.ediblecardiff.org/spring-festival
