Mend is a fun, free 10 week programme for children and their parents. There are three new groups starting in Cardiff in January, so book your place today and get some tips on how to make the whole family get fitter, healthier and happier!
During the programme you will learn:
- How to cook healthy and tasty food on a budget
- What are the right portion sizes for your family?
- How to read and understand food labels
- How much fat and sugar is in our food?
- All about fussy eating
- And much, much more!
Kids will have fun and get active with in MEND exercise sessions and will have some free goodies to take home – including a t-shirt, water bottle, bag and folder full of tips for the whole family.
