Come Dine With The Future

This free event will explore food and its sustainability by challenging experts from food-related sectors, in research and industry, to present a menu they think we will be eating in 50 years’ time.

The panelists will each present a menu which they think is representative of the future availability and sustainability of our food and highlight how current research and innovation in their sectors will shape our future choices.

Professor Achim Dobermann, director of Rothamsted Research, the UK’s largest and oldest agricultural research station, will review each menu before the chair invites the audience to take part in the discussion.

Attendees will then be invited to join the panelists for an informal drinks reception.
